HD Battery Combiners (Bi-Stable)
- Monitors voltage level on two battery banks: combines banks when actively charging; disconnects banks at prescribed discharge level to keep detrimental loads from draining emergency battery power
- 300 Ampere continuous current rating, 450 Ampere intermittent (5 min) rating; supports all high-output alternator sizes
- Bi-stable mechanism draws very low current (<40mA to monitor terminal voltage) in the ON or OFF states
- Deutsch DTM wire connectors for waterproof and error-proof terminations
- Start Isolation (SI) can be configured for temporary isolation of hotel loads from engine circuit during engine cranking to protect sensitive electronics
- Engine Isolation (EI) can be configured for isolation of two engines or charging sources while both are active to maximize total available charge
- LED output wire allows remote indication when batteries are combined, isolated, in voltage lockout, or in Start/Engine isolation
- Tin-plated copper studs provide maximum conductivity and significantly lower contact resistance
- 7/8" Terminal studs accept multiple cables
- Stainless steel hardware provides superior corrosion resistance
- Silver alloy contacts reliably switch high amperage live loads
- Ignition protected to SAE J1171 and ISO 8846 for operation in hazardous atmospheric environments
- IP67 & IP69K ingress protection
